Designs contracted during the growing season that can wait until the following winter months for plan development can be contracted at a reduced rate.
How It Works
Jobs contracted between spring and fall for winter design would be measured and photographed during the good weather and growing seasons. The actual design would be developed over the winter months ready for implementation the following spring.
